Founder Story

David Marriott has over 15 years of specialised experience in recruiting white-collar professionals within the construction and civil engineering sectors. Initially starting in trades and labour, he quickly developed his expertise in commercial and operational staffing, placing more than 200 professionals nationally across AMP, highways, water, and major infrastructure frameworks.

David is REC accredited, IOSH trained, and widely respected for his knowledge of the sector and long-term thinking. His approach focuses not on volume — but on fit, loyalty, and impact. He collaborates directly with each client and candidate to provide tailored recruitment that supports both project success and personal progression.
